"I was actually surprised with how clean and maintained this hotel was after having had so many weird & unpleasant surprises show up in previous places no matter how good the reviews were. It looked like it recently renovated or updated and it was very clean.i normally wake up with bad sinus issues from lack of filter changes and dirty ac units in hotels ,but for the first time- that was not the case at all here. The staff was so friendly and pleasant . They also did not miss a beat cleaning. They were even powerwashing the sidewalks and cleaning the hallways during our stay. I did think it was strange to not have free continental breakfast ,but in this economy- I understand businesses making cuts. I would definitely stay here again."

"If you looked under the bed near the headboards this area of the rugs def hasn’t been vacuumed, even found some type of medication which I didn’t touch-also some stains visible on the bedskirt -bed was kinda hard and slightly uncomfortable but the room was very spacious and the front desk manager was super super nice -would stay again but would hope it was a tad cleaner"

"We are a family of 4 with 2 kids 8-11. When we got to the room the sink would not drain, there was no hand soap and the container for the shower gel was empty. When we called to have these issues resolved, there was no initial response. The second time we called we requested a different room (one with a working sink), they said they did not have availability. Finally, a nice gentleman from maintenance was able to repair the sink but I ended up providing my own soap... On the first day we stayed, the room was serviced but not the restroom and the towels were not cleaned (one of them had what appeared to be mouthwash stain) and we don't use mouthwash. The room felt outdated and the lobby did not have a water fountain. It was disappointing since these are not usual Hilton standards"
