"Easy check in and out. Great communication. Very clean room with comfy beds. Only one mirror in the property so bring one for make up, but would recommend! "

"Beautiful quirky hotel, we stayed in Gothic a fabulous room. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the glass of prosecco on arrival was a lovely unexpected suprise. Perfect location in the old town. Definitely will return but not bother with breakfast, we preferred to sample to local cafes nearby for a wonderful selection of food and drink "

"Great place, clean, quiet, all commodities, warmly recommend to anyone that wants to spend a few days in city center. Walk to lots of places to eat/drink/coffee, easy walk to old town or ride to other nice parts of the city. Although the apartment is on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator, which was great to have with suitcases. Communication with the owners was great, finding and entering the apartment was painless, would sure stay here again when in town."

"Everything was amazing from the moment we arrived. Staff was helpful, Beatrice reserved us a wonderful junior Suite as i had advised it was our 20th wedding anniversary. The breakfast area was beautiful, and food was delicious. The lady on tbe Yogurt /cheese counter was really sweet. This was a beautiful and clean hotel and it had lots 9f restaurants near by. The only little thing i wiuld say is tbe breakfast area needs to be slightly bigger as when it was busy for breakfast on sunday , we had to keep walking around to find a table to sit at but despite that we would definitely be coming here to stay again. God Willing. "
"The building inside is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is incredible, especially the French toast and omelette station. The hotel is also in a brilliant location to access the old town. I highly recommend this hotel!"
"We always love staying at the Moxy when we travel.
The staff in Bucharest was friendly and helpful. Hotel wise - in cold weather, an after bath robe would be helpful and also a bit more place to hang clothes, as there is no closet.
I can’t comment on breakfast as I’m vegan and there wasn’t a viable option (protein wise) so we had breakfast outside."
"We stayed in total for 9 days in November 2025. The location was perfect in Old Town with easy access to the Metro, Old Town for restaurants and bars and short distances to some major sights. The hotel Manager and Reception staff were professional, courteous and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable and had a minibar if one wanted to use, a coffee maker and an in room safe for security. Hot water always available in the shower and bathroom. There was also a heated towel rail which was useful on chilly mornings that we had whilst there. Heating was very efficient. The buffet breakfast was excellent with av variety of hot and cold foods. Serving and kitchen staff were very helpful and spoke reasonable English. Overall a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."
