"I booked 2 rooms, one was much bigger and was better than the other but both adequate for 1 night. The bathroom in the smaller room was unfinished but totally usable. "Food menu on website did not match reality. The prices had also changed, in some cases more than 10% Lots of new staff who were not knowledable, helpful or some were not even very polite. Service in the Restaurant was very poor. Long wait times. Eventually got a table, but then sat waiting for a menu and then to order. The menu now on offered is a lot worse than previous menu."

"We stayed for two nights in a quadruple family room. The room itself was quite dated, although it was clean overall. There was some dust underneath the pull-out bed, which could have been addressed more thoroughly. On a positive note, the double bed was very comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a great night’s sleep. The in-room facilities were good, with a nice selection of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was powerful, which was a real plus. The hotel as a whole could benefit from some refurbishment, as there were signs of wear and tear, including ripped wallpaper in some of the public areas. We really enjoyed the continental breakfast, which offered a good variety including cereals, yoghurts, croissants, spreads, ham, and cheese. The catering staff were friendly and clearly worked hard to keep everything well stocked. Overall, the location is perfect for exploring the Cambridge on foot."

"I was surprised to find out that you had to pay £5per day for using there car park even if you were staying or visiting hotel also the room don’t have usb sockets in the room so make sure you bring a plug. I am a diabetic and needed to keep injection in a fridge over the weekend guess what? No fridge in the room, you only get two English tea bags in the room and enough milk in the room for two cups of tea the room, the second day we got more milk but no more tea bags, for the price you pay for staying at the hotel you would expect the thing’s above to be part of the booking. "
