Yes, the room was spotless, and the staff was courteous. The room was not spacious enough. I did not like the fact that there were no drinks in the mini fridge. That is a minus for a 5-star hotel.

Malmaison is such a cool concept. We loved that we walked almost everywhere in Oxford. The room was comfortable in general but the bathroom shower is quite small and somewhat uncomfortable.
