"The shower was the worst part of our stay. The water pressure is terrible and there were not enough towels even when we asked front desk staff for more. Also, there is no grab and go breakfast and staff was shutting it down about 9:15. I was expecting it to be open until 10:00am, so bought an item in the pantry instead and I’m pretty sure it was out of date. Tasted so bad that I had to throw it away after first bite."

"The staff made the experience great overall — everyone from the front desk staff to the maintenance guys. The hotel was definitely in a transitional state, though. The first room they put us in literally had wet carpet from a leaking AC. The room we finally got into was okay, but the toilet leaked onto the floor the whole trip, and we needed to get staff to let us into the rooms because they couldn’t make us a key (the machine was broken). Overall, I would say that the rooms were way too expensive for the experience that we had."
