It is indeed all inclusive, but we experienced a hiccups with in room service like getting drinking water and cleaning. Otherwise the amenities were amazing and I would recommend the resort to anyone with kids for a relaxing experience. The rooms are large and a bit dated, but they do the job. The only drawback I would say with this resort is that the staff don't seem to be aware of a lot of what's happening and they don't inform you of the different amenities that are available to you so we found out a lot of things towards the end of our trip.
