"Room was outdated but clean and comfortable. Pool wasn’t open (but in fairness, it was March in Wyoming). When we arrived there was no Internet due to massive wind storm. "

"We had already paid and checked in when the staff handed us a paper saying that for 1 of the 2 days we would be staying at Sonesta Downtown Denver there would be no water or electricity. The helpful advice was if we needed water or electricity we should simply leave the hotel before 10am. NOT acceptable. Would not recommend. Do NOT stay here. "
