"Considering the price, the apartment was ok. There is an air fryer, kettle and toaster. Washing up is a challenge in the small sink in the bathroom. Filling the kettle is difficult as it doesn't fit under the tap in the bathroom! The bed was ok, but you can feel the springs. The TV didn't work as the aerial lead was damaged. The hair drier was dangerous as it was full of dust and smelt of burning. The views over the bay were spectacular. Ok for a couple of nights, no longer though."

Breakfast is good, only downside was a queue for breakfast on our second morning there. 15 minute walk to Blackpool Tower. "The waterfront is a man made lake and not the sea. The sea was a long way off in the distance over estuary sand. Beach is a car ride away. So not a beach holiday place. Posher, with pleasant promenade on the lakeside and also seafront overlooking very long promenade - currently closed. FantasticVictorian street with boulevard, canopied independent shops, statues and old buildings. Hotel is central and resort is lovely."
