A really nice place in a very beautiful area.

We loved the place and the villages in this region. Also the wine and food in the Asti area are superb. Further the house and garden were a bit smaller than expected, but modern and nice. The pool was great for kids and the owner of the house was very kind.

Very clean, beautiful 3 stories overall. No washcloths nor coffee but towels and 3 different coffee makers! Longest, best heated towel racks ever seen in all my travels. One for each bathroom. Grateful for washing machine. Nice separate drying rack too. Solid kitchen set up. Spent 3 nights over NYE and appreciated being remote enough as it was wonderfully quiet which was what we wanted. Terrific kitchen table for playing the card games we brought. Grazie for the great stay!

It’s a perfect apartment in a beautiful complex. Very quiet and neat. Just make sure to bring enough mosquito repellent, there are plenty of them in the area. And air mattresses aren‘t allowed in the pool. But a clear recommendation for a holiday, perfect!

Very charming apartment in a larger (beautifully renovated) estate of approx 20. We were lucky not all apartments were being used and often had the swimming pool for just our family. The apartment and its garden had all we needed for our stay of 2 weeks and the location was convenient to visit the Monferrato region, as well as Torino, Genoa and Milano. The owner was quick to follow up on questions and requests. Grazie!

We were the only ones staying here, probably off season for their busy time. The apartment is nice. Good space, everything worked. The spiral stairs to the above floors were somewhat difficult with luggage and could be a problem for folks older than us. The location suited us well. It is about 3.5 KM from the main road and easy access to either Moncalvo, or Grazzano Badoglio. I would go back to this apartment again.

The invironment is very beautifull an very peacefull. But there were to many shortcomings in the house. Wifi was not good, no airco and very hot during the day and night. To tables outside were to little and half broken, only 2 seats in a house for 6 persons. The owners of the different houses weren’t so friendly, a lot of mouscidos.

We checked in, looked around and left immediately. It was the most unclean property we’ve seen and despite having paid, we left and didn’t stay even one night. Linen was dirty, dirty cloths in sink, old soap in bathroom and hairs/dirty in bathroom plus water not working. Left immediately.

Sehr schöne und sehr gepflegte Location in einem vermutlich ehemaligen Gehöft. Traumhafter Pool mitten in Feldern und Weinbergen. Liegt halt sehr abseitig (3 km von der Straße weg), dafür aber sehr ruhig mit toller Aussicht. Inneneinrichtung ist recht spartanisch, gemütlich ist anders, aber alles durchaus zweckmäßig. Warme Bettdecke fehlt genauso wie ein gescheiter Korkenzieher. Hat uns eigentlich sehr gut gefallen, auch die unmittelbare Umgebung mit kleinen Dörfern, Restaurants und tollen Kirchengebäuden. K.O.- Kriterium sind aber die vielen Mosquitos, wofür der Gastgeber allerdings nichts kann. Ansonsten hätte ich 4 Sterne vergeben wollen.

Wir hatten hier ein paar super schöne und erholsame Tage. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in ruhiger Lage auf einem Weinberg. Es handelt sich um eine kleine gemütliche und schöne Anlage mit mehreren Ferienwohnungen in Form von kleinen Reihenhäusern. Das Highlight ist der große Pool sowie die gemütlichen Terrassen sowie die gemütliche kleine Parkanlage. Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden und die Unterkunft übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Die einzige Verbesserung die wir hätten, wäre eine Klimaanlage in den Wohnungen, sowie der Anbau von Fliegengitter in allen Fenstern. Die Mücken sind hier leider sehr lästig und bei 40 Grad wären die Nächte bestimmt etwas unangenehm geworden. Das sind aber wirklich Makel auf hohen Niveau und für den Top Preis, kann man eben auch nicht alles erwarten und haben. Wir waren sehr zu frieden und kommen gern wieder. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die freundliche und flexible Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der unkomplizierte und individuelle Check-in. Der Vermieter hat sich hier viel früher proaktiv an uns gewandt und die Ankunft erfragt. Durch Stau und Verzögerungen bei der Anreise sind wir leider erst mitten in der Nacht (gegen 2:00Uhr) angekommen. Hier blieb der Vermieter während der Anreise stets mit uns im Austausch und sah das alles sehr entspannt und richtete sich nach uns. Er fand einen unkomplizierten Weg der Schlüsselübergabe und gab auch nochmal nützliche Hinweise.Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool der Anlage war ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und bot erholsame Abkühlung bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen. Die Lage der Anlage zu der die Wohnung gehört war sehr ruhig inmitten der Hügel des Piemont. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren aber rasch erreichbar und auch ein Ausflug nach Asti oder Turin sind sehr gut möglich.Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter klappte problemlos und war sehr nett. Daher kann ich diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.----------------------------------------------------------------------Grazie mille per il meraviglioso soggiorno in questo appartamento. L'appartamento era molto pulito e ben tenuto. Anche la piscina del complesso era molto ben tenuta e offriva un rilassante refrigerio nelle temperature estive. La posizione del complesso a cui appartiene l'appartamento era molto tranquilla nel mezzo delle colline piemontesi. Tuttavia, i negozi sono facilmente raggiungibili e anche una gita ad Asti o a Torino è molto facile.Il contatto con il padrone di casa è avvenuto senza problemi ed è stato molto gentile. Posso quindi solo raccomandare questo appartamento.

Het was een heerlijk relaxed verblijf met ons gezin. Zwembad is top! Huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Fijne communicatie met de verhuurder. Als je wil onthaasten moet je hier naartoe. Zelfs onze pubermeiden konden zich hier prima in vinden na een drukke activieve week elders. Moncalvo is een leuk stadje vlakbij voor een hapje eten. Overal wijnboeren in de buurt en ook de supermarkt is een kort ritje met de auto.

Lovely stay

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Het is is keurig en netjes en de badkamer schoon. Dat verdient wat ons betreft punten. De omgeving is prachtig en je hebt vanuit de ruin prachtig uitzicht op de heuvels in de omgeving. Er heerst heerlijke rust en het zwembad is mooi en groot. De tuin wordt mooi onderhouden en is heel mooi met alle fruitbomen en mooie struiken. Wat ons betreft zou een luxere tuinset een aanbeveling zijn. Een bistrosetje staat leuk, maar is niet zo comfortabel als je lekker buiten wil tafelen. Daarnaast zou het fijn zijn als er bij het zwembad meer dan twee ligstoelen zouden zijn. Maar los daarvan hebben we een heerlijk verblijf gehad en hebben we genoten. Een aanrader als je met z’n vieren een fijne vakantie in Piëmonte wil doorbrengen.
