Great place in Graz but not suitable to get any work done
Everything’s about this house is really 4-5 stars. Spacious, airy…. Great location. It is about 10 min walk to the tram down a sizable hill. So keep that on mind for the age groups and how well people can walk. One major downside for us - we were a group of work colleagues sharing the house for a conference attendance, there is basically no wifi. The connection that is there barely services email , no internet, no tablet or app usage possible. Great if you want to unplug ….

Comfort with a View!
This house is perfect in every way: a well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, beautifully furnished, and from the large terrace a splendid view of Graz! Together with the beautiful weather, we enjoyed every minute!

Good facilities and warm welcome
Everything there that we needed, except perhaps some dishes suitable for oven cooking. For example, there was a large selection of cookery books for cake making etc but nothing to cook the cakes in. Anita was very welcoming and accommodating and the views of the city exceeded our expectations. Altogether a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Great villa with stunning view over Graz
Luxury villa in the hills above Graz. Plenty of space. The terrace is amazing! Parking right in front of the house on private ground. Very kind and helpful host. We would definitely book this villa again.

Alles in allem ein wunderschönes Haus / Objekt. Tolle Lage und sehr ruhig. Die Terrasse konnten wir nur an 1 Tag nutzen, jedoch wetterbedingt. Sehr nette Kontaktperson und reibungsloser Ablauf. Danke- wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt mit Blick auf Graz.Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle.Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt ,um Graz/Umgebung und die Steiermark zu entdecken. Wir haben aber auch die vielen, schönen Sitzgelegenheiten am Haus zur Entspannung genutzt.
