"The property was amazing just wish were told about not having access to a hot tub because of certain properties we rented. We booked that hotel for the pools and hot tubs and didn’t get to step foot in one hot tub for that price we should have. But the property was beautiful and in a great location."

"I thought it was good, nice and cheap, but I didn't like that we ran out of water I don't know why... and besides I think they didn't give a complete cleaning to the room, the first day because when they passed by it was already like 2 or 3pm my children were already there and they didn't come to clean anymore and on the second day they passed but the cleaning was not noticeable. For everything else we were very comfortable and calm."

"Room was clean. Love the games and that this location had both an indoor and outdoor pool. The only thing lacking was the breakfast. We've stayed at several Tru by Hiltons and this one didnt have fresh fruit, muffins, or change up the options very much. It appears they prepare the same options every other day, so if your staying more than 2 days, you will get bored with it. "

"Wonderful facility and staff. I took a 1/2 point off for the room not really as updated as they are represented on line. They were fine it was just a disappointment. I took another 1/2 point off for the Tiki bar singer. She was very energetic and enthusiastic. Unfortunately her vocals and her music she performed were lacking in quality and entertainment, "

"I absolutely love it here!!!! I come for Mother’s Day, I did get upset because they couldn’t find me a frying pan, so I had to go purchase one on Mothers Day!!!!! I still give it 5 stars!!!! If management is reading this get some extra pots and pans for anyone that pays for the kitchen it should be there….. Pier Park is close and so was Walmart since the Winn Dixie closed and that was right across the street, front desk told me it’s turning into an Aldi’s so that’s cool!!!! The pool is 24 hrs so that’s an extra PLUS!!!!"

"A/C works. Rooms are filthy . Staff is very nice. Wayyyyy overpriced. Literal dirt and mud in the bathroom on the floors. Absolutely filthy. Stunned at how filthy some of these motels are and does Okaloosa County have a health department?????"
