"The first room was not clean, blood on sheets and curtains. Light bulbs were blown. They moved me to a new room. That new room build was blown as well. There was no remote control for the tv and the phone in the room did not work. The attendant brought in a remote and after the 2nd replacement worked. "

"Family of four, girls are 9 and 14. We go to different great wolf lodges. This one wasnt bad, two attractions were closed temporarily due to kids puking. Be present with your kids, go on the water slides, tube the lazy river, get smoked by big waves in the wave pool. Sad seeing all the parents on their phone then we are dealing with the kids behavior with no parent around. No hot tub here unfortunately. Best GWL hot tub is in Traverse City, MI. HUGE adult hot tub and even a decent size family one. Smaller park in TC overall but dig the tubs after freezing in the park."

"dirty, what little rugs/carpeting they had was filthy, whole parking lot floods w a little rain so you have to swim to your car, no shampoo/conditioner or soap (I was told at any Motel 6 anymore) would have been nice to know before I got there and had to leave to do a 1hr scouting mission for basics.
