"The staff was great. Extremely attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location to the beach was excellent. Beds were super comfy. Daughter in law, 9 year old grand daughter and I all had a blast. Little one had so much fun at the pool. Something for everyone. We’re going to make it an annual trip! "

"The location did not offer a beach view. There are trails behind the property that lead toward the beach, but we were told by another family that the path had been washed out and was very difficult to walk through. The check-in experience could have been better—the staff member lacked hospitality and didn’t make us feel very welcome. Room cleanliness was a major issue. There was noticeable dust on the blinds, bedposts, and even the ceiling. At first, I thought I was getting sick, but it turned out to be my allergies reacting to the dust. Additionally, we were told to wait about twenty minutes before taking a second shower, which was inconvenient. Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not meet expectations."

"Clean, spacious, and friendly staff. Kitchen was fully stocked with every kitchen gadget you’d ever need. Not every room is identical but room 214 was perfect size for our family of 4; it even has a large deck. Kitchen did not have any spices but I kinda prefer it that way, feels more clean to me without them. Couldn’t make it to the beach from hotel because of significant standing water over the trail, assume you’d be able to make it more towards summer months. "

"Our stay was very nice. Small Staff, but were very helpful and friendly! Rooms were clean! Breakfast very limited, but clean and pleasant place to eat. I would recommend this hotel at Ocean Shores because the staff are Number one! Kevin, Brandon, the two ladies! All of the staff members were awesome! Thank them for making our stay easy and pleasant! "
