This was my second stay at this property. Close to hiking and fishing in the area, and close to Grayling and Mio for the occasional supply run. Great internet access as a plus.
The cabin was clean and well stocked. The area was private, quiet with lots of space. Nice bonfire, the property is well maintained. We enjoyed our stay.
Great little place to stay for the weekend! The house had everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. The property manager sent very detailed instructions before our arrival. We appreciated that! The fishing was very nearby and easy to access. The breakfast pizza at the little convenience store was really good! Wish the weather would have cooperated on Saturday of our stay, but we made the best of it and watched some movies. Would love to come back and enjoy the outside on a better weather day. Thanks for a great stay!
Cozy accommodations and centrally located to great fishing on the Au Sable. Easy check in, and great communication with the host. Definitely a place to visit again.
The home was beautiful, clean and handsomely decorated. We liked how the home was in the middle of the property with so many trees surrounding for adequate privacy. We enjoyed relaxing on the back porch and in the yard looking at the birds, trees and the occasional chipmunk in the yard. I especially loved the beautiful tree to the left of the house that rustles and makes beautiful windy sounds all day
At first when we pulled up to the property we weren't sure about the front yard but once you go inside and outback its beautiful! Its a cozy little cabin but was perfect for our week stay!!!
First class facility in every way.Only the TV was an issue. Couldn't get it to operate with out subscriptions.

This beautiful A frame was amazing inside and out. Nice size land with hand made benches, table with an umbrella outdoors. There is an abundance of space on the porch to move around and relax. You can listen to the world wake up at 4:30 am and its peaceful. The bathroom was amazing, big shower so if you have kids you can get in and clean them fast. The toilet did back up on us, but Richard was amazing and answered quickly and drove 2 and a half hours to come fix the toilet and left us a key to get the snake to fix it, god forbid it happens again. He was very professional and understanding. He also gave us our cleaning fee back after that, we ended up cleaning it up happily since we made the mess. We appreciate you Richard and thank you for a very amazing stay. There is so many things around the home if you just look, trash bags, zip lock bags, cleaning stuff, broom dust pan, knife set, cutting boards, coffee, hot chocolate of multiple flavors, creamer, microwave, stove is electric, pans to cook with, plastic cups and silverware, paper plates, regular silverware, plates and bowls. The grill is charcoal which you can find a bag of, the lighter fluid and torch a fire pit and another old school grill off the side of the house. When cooking dump all oils in trash, starch water out the door. Richard supplies all kinds of body wash, shampoo and conditioner for you as well, he has a wide selection of movies for your watching. Theres a remote for the heating and cooling.
