"Amazing location for beach walking. It's a pleasant 5-10 minute walk through a good path in low brush to get to the beach, and then you have miles of beach to enjoy. The studio room itself is a bit like a large motel room with a kitchen. There is a stove, which is much nicer than place with just a microwave. Lots of Keurig coffee too. We did not realize there was a pickle ball court or we would've brought our paddles (I think they have them available there too). The check-in and out was very efficient. We were not able to get a late check-out, but heading out by 10 am was ok."

"Loved this home! It was beautiful inside and out, the outdoor space was amazing and the indoor space comfortable and welcoming. Wish there had been a few pantry staples like cooking oil, sugar etc. but was an easy remedy with the Local Store just around the corner. We spend a weekend in Grayland every summer and have been doing so for the past 10 years. We love finding new and unique places to stay each year and this one is definitely add to the list of “will return”!"
