About this property
Lakeside Casita with Hot Tub: little Sebago Lake
Welcome to La Casita on Little Sebago Lake. Escape to this newly built, modern-style retreat where the lake takes center stage. Thoughtfully designed to bring the outdoors in, La Casita features soaring 16-foot ceilings, a large bi-folding door, and panoramic views of Little Sebago Lake. Step out onto the expansive 28-foot deck and let your worries drift away as the sun dips below the treeline. Sink into serenity on over 100 feet of westward-facing waterfront, perfect for all-day sun and stunning evening skies. With three thoughtfully designed terraces, there's a tier to match every mood—complete with a firepit, and courtesy firewood to stoke warmth and ambiance beyond sunset.
Ease into the 6-person hot tub with expansive lake views—ideal for unwinding after a paddle or grill session.
Newly completed in July 2025, the Casita boasts two cozy bedrooms plus a loft (each with queen beds) and a pull-out couch downstairs. Whether you're here for romance, family time, or gatherings, the space adapts beautifully.
Enhance your lake experience with an optional private boat excursion—simply ask your host! Don’t miss the charming ice‑cream boat cruising around—track it down via the app
Adventure seekers will appreciate the 2-person kayak, canoe, paddle boat and additional kayaks ready for a paddle to the local jumping rock—take the leap at the famous Rock of Little Sebago.
About Little Sebago Lake Nestled between Gray and Windham in southern Maine, Little Sebago is a spectacular 1,900+ acre lake, about 5½ miles long and over a mile wide, with a maximum depth of 52 feet.
It’s known for crystal-clear waters, dotted with scenic islands, coves, and rocky humps, plus pristine sandbars and white‑sand shores along the Lower Narrows—a perfect paddle-to rest spot or photo backdrop.
The lake also offers excellent fishing year‑round. Anglers can catch smallmouth and largemouth bass, chain pickerel, yellow and white perch, sunfish, and even the occasionally stocked brown or rainbow trout in deeper, cooler waters.
Wildlife enriches the lake setting—from loons, bald eagles, blue herons, kingfishers and sandpipers, to turtles basking on rocks and lily pads in bloom. Towering white pines and birch trees accentuate an evergreen backdrop of a timeless Maine lakescape. Parking :
The driveway can fit three cars if mid size , there is additional parking but needs to be requested ahead of time that can fit 2 more cars. There’s no parking on the side of the road .
Dock Access & Waterfront Use
Our property offers two separate dock areas for guests to enjoy the waterfront:
Private Guest Dock: This dock is exclusively for your use during your stay, perfect for relaxing, taking in the views, or enjoying the water at your own pace.
Shared Access Dock: There is a second dock on the property that is shared and designated for water access (such as launching a canoe or accessing a boat). This dock is accessed via a narrow 8-foot deeded right-of-way (ROW) between the casita and its neighboring property and is only used by a single household. In the backlot. We encourage our guest to use both docks and make the enjoy lake life to its fullest as they are both owned by the casita .
