"The townhome was very clean and super nice since it does seem like a new build. We stayed 2 nights for a quick trip for a funeral. The bedrooms were good sizes and the beds were super comfy. Unfortunately, we couldn't utilize the back porch sitting area since it rained the whole time we were there. The kitchen had a little box of snacks and coffee pods! "This was a great cozy home with 3 equally sized rooms and a full bathroom. It's tucked up a dirt/gravel road and while I got up okay in my Nissan Sentra, I'd recommend a truck or something with decent ground clearance, especially if your staying during the rainy season. I was surprised to be immersed into wildlife! I was fortunate to enjoy a sea of fireflies, morning bunnies, and a family of deer at dusk. The host was friendly and communicative. I enjoyed my stay at this sweet home."

"I did not stay at this property due to a double booking. I stayed at a nearby house that needs to be cleaned better, specially the floors, a shower curtain needs to be added to the beautiful update in bathroom, some plates woukd be nice. House rules and check in, check out procedures, places to visit and eat nearby would have been helpful to have posted at the house. Overall was a decent place to stay, quiet neighborhood. I would at least consider staying again."

Cumberland Falls State Resort Park

"I wish I'd had time to stay for more than one night. I was on my way through, driving from North Carolina to Illinois, and this was a good stopping point. I avoid chain hotels as much as possible and looked in advance for a place near Cumberland Falls. You can't get any closer than this! There was plenty of time to go check out the falls during my brief stay before getting back on the road. The Caribou coffee that was on offer in the room was delicious, so I didn't even feel the need to go search for coffee on my way out. Otherwise, the room had all the basics that I needed aside from paper towels in the kitchenette. If I had one complaint, it would be that the door adjoining mine and the next unit could stand to be soundproofed. I heard every sound the kids in the next unit were making. Fortunately they went to bed at a decent time and didn't keep me awake all night, so it was all good. But I would recommend this as an improvement that could be made to the property."

"I had a great stay! The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were nice, comfortable, and inviting. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with plenty of fresh and delicious options. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and overall, I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a great one night stay after visiting Cumberland Gap National historic area. Our family of 6 stayed in one of the cottages. Cottage was was very clean and updated but did smell a little musty. We had dinner at the lodge while enjoying the view and swam in the pool. We brought our own food for breakfast which we were able to cook in the cottage. Then we checked out and drove up to the top of the mountain amd hiked to chained rock. Its all downhill on the way there but not too far (half of a mile). Overall it was a great stop on our Kentucky vacation."

"Beautiful property and just a calm relaxing time. Only thing we didn’t realize was we needed to bring toilet paper, hand soap, and dish soap. There was some, but only enough for about the first day. Wasn’t a big deal though, plenty of stores within ten minutes. But may be a good idea to bring some along."

"I just wish we could have spent more time here. It was one of the cleanest properties any of us had ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything needed for a longer stay and one of my favorite parts of our stay…lots of extra clean, very soft blankets for everyone. If we ever return to this area, I would definitely stay here again."
