The cozy space features 1 king bed in a private master suite with its own access to the screened in porch, 1 queen bedroom, and the bunk room with 2 bunk beds, perfect for a family or group of friends. With amenities like a zoned AC and heating, fully equipped kitchen, private dock and boat slip. You'll feel right at home in the living room with a comfy sofa bed for extra guests and a huge screened in porch and multi level deck. Enjoy Swimming, Kayaking and playing on the water mat as well as awesome fishing. We look forward to welcoming you to our home away from home.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all used towels near laundry including any beach towels and any bath or kitchen towels.
All trash, including bathroom, bedroom, porch and dock trash, should be put into the provided white bags and put into trash bins out front.
Please ensure the dock ladder is up. Return any chairs moved to the dock back to where they came from. If you used Kayaks and or Play mat, please return secured exactly how they were found.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
