We would love to share our beautiful lakefront home with you and your family. Within the house are large open spaces for gathering, soaring ceilings, and oversized windows that provide alot of natural light. This spacious home has four full bedrooms and a fifth extra bunk room for the kids. We recently renovated the garage, adding an additional sleeping and hang-out space (with a/c and heat). With the additional garage remodel, the property can sleep 15 comfortably. The house offers two large living room areas, one with a fireplace and the other with a huge sofa and 60-inch television for watching movies or lounging. A game table and chairs are also provided in this area.

There is a remodeled kitchen that walks right out to a fully furnished screened-in patio with a lovely view of the water. Many of our guests use this patio for conversation and coffee in the morning with the sun shining through.

The master bedroom and master bathroom are on the first floor, with a full bath and access to the upper deck. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with its own television. Two other large bedrooms are on the lower level, one of them having its own en suite bathroom with a shower. The other bedroom has easy access to the other full bathroom on the lower level. Each of these bedrooms has queen-sized beds with lots of extra room to move around. Both have direct views and access to the water through large sliding glass doors. Renters have fallen asleep watching the water ripple from the moonlight. There is a smaller lower-floor bedroom that has a twin-sized bunk bed for kids. There is also an additional cozy loft bedroom upstairs from the main floor with another queen-sized bed.

The garage has recently been converted into a game/sleeping room that is carpeted with both heating and air conditioning. There is a king-sized loft bed with a full-sized bed underneath it. The room also has an additional sofa. The garage could sleep five people. There are several standing arcade games (NBA Jam, NFL Blitz, Pac-Man), a ping pong table, a foosball table, and large 65-inch Television that you can plug into your own gaming system. There is also a vintage pop machine to help keep your drinks cold as you enjoy the games in this room. This is a great kid/teenager (and young-at-heart adults) hang-out space and a fun option for rainy or cold days.

There are double decks with an area to eat and a blackstone grill. There is a fire pit area looking out over the lake. Many of our guests end their days around the fire pit, reclining on the Adirondack chairs, cooking s’mores, or relaxing with their favorite drink. There is also a spacious yard for games. We have several yard games available that are kept in the garage for you to use.

The home comes with its own private dock that is steps away from the house. It includes areas for laying out (with fans and loungers) and a covered area with a table and chairs for eating or playing games. The dock also has a bar area where drinks and food can be served. There is also a Bluetooth stereo and speakers that you can use. Floatable toys, surfboard, skis, wakeboard, two standing paddle boards, two kayaks, and a Lilly pad are available for renters to enjoy. The dock also has a fun diving platform for kids and adults. Boats are welcome but need to be tied to the dock, as the slip is taken by the owner. There are also many boat rental places close by that will drop a boat off at our dock. There is a public boat ramp just minutes away and plenty of room to park a trailer and cars in the driveway.

The cove is very quiet and away from the main channel, with very few waves. There is lots of room for swimming laying out, and fishing. The cove is an easy boat ride to several gas stations and restaurants​ on the water.

Grocery, restaurants​, gas, tackle, and convenience stores are about 10-15 minutes by car. There are also golf courses, caverns, antique stores, hiking, and bike trails within a short car ride. If you enjoy shopping, the Osage Beach Outlet Mall is within driving distance.

Before you rent, please know this is a family-friendly​ space that has nice neighbors who are mostly​ year-round ​residents. This is not a party cove, and we are seeking renters who understand the family atmosphere that is present in this cove. Also, parking is limited to no more than five cars without additional permission from owner.
