9.6/10 Exceptional! (1,009 reviews)
This is a nice hotel with a HUGE problem: The underground right under it and the rooms shake from 6:00am to midnight every 30 second of so. I am not sure how higher floors are, but the main floor, room 007, was awful. And, i had asked for a quiet room. It is a shame since the room and the hotel are nice. However, i find it a travesty that the property does not mention this and still uses these rooms in the lobby. Very disappointing, will never stay there.

"Initially loved it, but with nowhere to sit, the bed was actually not comfortable for sitting up in (though comfortable to sleep). The aircon didn’t work and it became very hot overnight.
