We’d love to have you visit us at our cosy, private farmhouse.
Our large farmhouse stands in the middle of our orchard.
We run a small organic farm as a side business.
We have calves for fattening and chickens, including a proud cockerel.
Our beautiful garden is the perfect place to relax.

The bus stop is right nearby.
Right on the Lake Constance–Königsee bike path. Cyclists and hikers are very welcome here!

We have a covered parking spot for your bike.
We generate our own electricity from solar power. E-bikes and electric cars can recharge here.
However, we ask guests to unplug the battery at night and charge the batteries in the bike garage. E-bike batteries may not be charged in the holiday apartments.
Please do not charge defective e-bike batteries—this poses a high fire hazard!

The “Bergblick” holiday rental is a penthouse on the 2nd floor and features a spacious, cosy kitchen-living room in a modern reclaimed wood style with its own balcony. No breakfast included!!!

Our "TONI" holiday rental is on the ground floor and features a new, modern kitchen, a bedroom, and a spacious bathroom. With a terrace. Breakfast not included!!!

Children ages 8 and up are welcome!

Check-out is by 9:30 a.m. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. at the latest, subject to prior arrangement.

We are a smoke-free home! Smoking on the balcony and inside the house is not permitted!

The Chiemgau Card is included with your stay at our house. This gives you access to numerous free additional services from local partners.

Payment is in cash. No debit or credit card payments!!



Cosy, comfortable, lovingly furnished holiday apartment (at least 45 m²) in the attic. New, spacious kitchen-living room with a table and 4 chairs, a sofa, and a 50-inch TV. Balcony with a table and 2 chairs, free Wi-Fi. Breakfast not included! Includes the Chiemgau Card.
The kitchen is equipped with the following high-quality appliances: ceramic cooktop, convection oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker (filter size 4), toaster, egg boiler, electric kettle, blender, and hand blender. Dishes and cooking utensils, silverware, glasses, and mugs. Vacuum cleaner, broom, and dustpan set.
Tea towels, bed linens, and bath towels included.
The bedroom with a sloped ceiling features an oak bed measuring 180x200 cm. All skylights can be blacked out.
The holiday rental has a very comfortable indoor climate thanks to the insulated roof.
There is a built-in shelving unit and an open closet in the hallway for clothing. Rustic coat rack.
Available for rent to adults only. No children under 8 years of age!
Parking in the courtyard and a bike garage for your own bicycles are available

There are plenty of things to do by bike here. Lake Chiemsee is about 8 km away by bike or car. The bus stop is right nearby. With the Chiemgau Card, you can use public transport in our area for free.
From here, you can hike directly to the Grassauer Almen. From our house, we can see the Hochgern, the Hochfelln, the Schnappenberg with its beautiful Schnappenkirche, and the Hochplatte.
There’s a children’s playground on our street, and the sports field is just a 5-minute walk away.
In addition, our town offers many shopping options, cafes, restaurants, and more.
The golf course and the high moor are nearby.
