- Spacious Luxury Mountain loft, very close to both downtown Nevada City and Grass Valley. Also, approximately 7 miles to Rollins Lake, where you can go boating or paddle board. Cozy mountain feel, open floor plan with massive ceilings. Peaceful and private. Enjoy this beautiful space on 3 acres. Relax on the extra deep down filled sectional and watch your favorite shows on the large flat screen with Roku or enjoy the warmth from the wood burning stove. This Loft offers dedicated dining, living room, kitchen, office and bedroom areas. Light cooking options available, NOT a full Kitchen.
This is a DRUG FREE HOME & NO SMOKING of ANY KIND property, not inside or outside.
The loft is not your typical rental, it is thoughtfully designed and decorated for our family and personal guests in mind. If you are looking for a peaceful and private stay. This is it!
