Elegant Victorian Walking Distance to Downtown Grass Valley

  • This much loved and well located property is a short walking distance to shops, restaurants and all the charm that downtown Grass Valley has to offer. The historic, Italianate Victorian features high ceilings, hardwood floors, antique furnishings, a large and well-stocked kitchen, and ample off-street parking. There is also a large back patio with outdoor eating area, new gas BBQ and an expansive lawn.
    Please note: 1. The only guests allowed on the property are those that are listed in the reservation as paid guests. In select cases, we will allow others to visit during the day, but no additional people are welcome to stay at the house beyond those listed on the reservation. 2. While we welcome kids, this home is NOT childproofed!
