"We ended up at the flagship after a different hotel we were at had mold covered bathrooms. We were skeptical but pleasantly surprised! The staff was very friendly, the view was beautiful, the bed was so comfortable, and the location is easy to find and surrounded by a lot of stores and restaurants. We didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t speak to that, but there are freshly baked chocolate chip cookies put out every evening that are delicious!"

"Had to find parking off street later at night, but staff was excellent and breakfast good. The pool was warm for doing laps, but not too bad. Did I say the staff was excellent?!!"

"I wished you had more snacks to offer and items that’s carried in the vending machine because the one that is there doesn’t work and it’s been that way for a long time, like things for a headache, toothbrush, snacks etc"

"I had planned to stay for 2 nights. First problem was the single elevator was not functional. I had to haul my luggage up to the third floor. When I got back to the hotel, planning to stay the second night, I was informed that the water had become nonfunctional. I had to scramble around to find another hotel for a one-night stay. The elevator was still not working. To ensure getting a refund for the second night, there was a single clerk who was new and he spent considerable time on the phone, ensuring someone else was getting reimbursed for a prepaid stay, while a number of us of stood and waited. Finally a second managerial person came in, and ultimately she helped, but she did not bring her logon credentials, so there was another delay. The less-experienced clerk told her he did not need any help, while steam was coming out of the ears of the people waiting."

"The hotel is under construction. This would have been helpful to know before booking. Due to the construction, many of the amenities were not available or they were done in a makeshift way. The staff wasn’t very friendly. However, my room was clean, comfortable and updated. I would consider staying again AFTER the construction is completed."

"Naval Suites appears to be undergoing a transition from whatever it was before... possibly a Country Inn & Suites... to Naval Suites by Fairbridge. Fortunately, the professional and friendly staff is on board to make things easy, comfortable, and pleasant overall. The management is accessible and exceedingly helpful, and steps are actively taken to ensure an enjoyable stay. Pro Tip: While staying at Naval Suites, take a few moments of your day to walk down Kitsap Way to Oyster Bay, cross at the light, and walk to the visible carport situated across the street from Naval Suites. Get ready for a view of the bay that will take your breath away. Then grab a meal at Brother Don's just up the way from there. :-)"
