My only complaint is that the book in process is always a crapshoot rooms are given away willy-nilly if you don’t show up exactly on time or you show up too late or you even show up for only one day of your reservation, they give us the whole thing away. Travel insurance is too difficult to get money back from And the hotel never honors anything that’s done on hotels.com or Expedia so I am in a nightmare of trying to get money back after paying for a hotel twice and I’ve been stranded in town for three days because I gave everything I had to not lose a hotel room I already paid for. I booked three nights. It did not arrive until the second night. The entire reservation was canceled and I was not rebooked anywhere."

"Went for the night with my 2 kiddos. Pool was opened and hot tub as well. We all enjoyed ourselves. Basic breakfast, could have been better or restocked (1 pitcher of 2 kinds of juice for whole bulding) Saved location for next time we are in the area. "

"I checked in and went to the room, it was a complete mess! Garbage everywhere, beds were not made and I did not dare step inside to see the bathroom. I immediately shut the door and went back downstairs to check out. The lady was nice but didn’t offer anything in return. Also after I checked in, a guy sitting outside said that there were better hotels to stay at. I laughed and said I already paid, but I should’ve listened to him! I ended up going to another hotel. "
