The extra long driveway has tons of space to park your vehicles**Maximum amount of cars parked at the home is 6**. 25-30 minute drive to USSSA Sports Complex, 1 hour drive to Orlando Int'l Airport, 1 1/2 drive to Disney parks and 20 minute drive to several beaches. Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral are within an hours drive. Business travelers are welcome for long term stay as well!

Although I want you to enjoy your stay to the utmost level, you must also be respectful of this peacefully quiet community. This is not a party house, so excessively loud outdoor noises, guests parking down the street, large events or unapproved gatherings/parties will not be tolerated and may result in your stay being cancelled without a refund. If you'd like to fish(catch and release) in the lake, you must do so only on my property directly behind the home. There are no motorized water activities allowed on the lake in this community. Please use caution when around or in the lake and do not let small children or pets venture near the edge of the lake.

Please use extreme caution when using the pool. Children should be supervised in and around the pool at all times. Guests assume all risks associated with the use of the pool and hot tub.

Although we do our best to keep the property in the best shape that it can possibly be in, there will be times where things are overlooked or may need to be fixed while guests are in the home. Work on the home may have to occur while guests are checked in, although this would be a last resort. Refunds will not be given for amenities being temporarily out of service, such as the pool/hot tub or the air conditioning. The host will make every effort to get these amenities back in working order as quickly as possible by contracting out reputable companies, but there may be delays depending on how busy the companies are. **Maximum number of guests allowed in the home is 15**
