We didn't expect any breakfast according to the Expedia information but when we got to the property they had complimentary water, coffee, tea, oatmeal, snack and breakfast bars, fruit, yogurt, and even microwave popcorn available in their office! Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Great location, easy walk to downtown Bar Harbor and the waterfront."
