"I loved this hotel it is so convienent to downtown, you can walk to absolutely everything. The room was super nice, everything you needed and it was clean. Bed was super comfy, they actually were in the process of placing new mattresses in every single room which was cool! There is an adorable little sitting area in the lobby and free coffee and breakfast! Overall loved the hotel, only thing that was not ideal was there was a LOT of dog hair in my bed.... must have just been a weird one off situation because the rest of the room was really clean, I mentioned it to front desk and they refunded me only $40.... which isn't ideal. But other than that loved the hotel."

"When booking the property, the smaller units were shown to be “sold out” for my dates, so I was pushed into booking a suite, which cost $410 per night! In fact, smaller units were available for most of my proposed stay (6 out of 9 nights), so I should have been offered that option, with a switch to a suite for the remaining time. This may have been the fault of Expedia, rather than the property itself, but it cost me a lot of extra money. Also, I was disappointed that during my end-May stay, the temperature in Jackson was between 30 and 40 degrees: there was even light snow on two days, making going out unpleasant. Potential visitors need to be aware of this. The inn had decent heating, but the units in the room performed inconsistently with the desired settings"
