"Cute cozy cabin with everything you need. Make sure you have everything food wise when you arrive, closest store is 40 minutes away. Many spots to swim and fish down the road to walk or couple minutes drive. Me and my kids enjoyed it, nobody wanted to leave. You can tube up and down the creek. Cough some trout and grilled it, was the best. If you plan any trips to Grandfather mountain or zip lining, make it a day trip. I did my gps in before I left the house, so directions worked the whole way...

"My huaband enjoyed every minute of hiking with our Labrador. The cabin was cozy and the views were fantastic. We will be back! There were a lot of ticks on the trails (nothing to do with the property), so anyone bringing a dog, make sure they are protected with something. The deck that goes around the cabin is amazing! You can be out even if its raining. The host answered all of our questions within minutes! Highly recommend!"

"My husband and I stayed at the cabin for a three-day weekend trip for our anniversary and it was simply perfect! We LOVED the gorgeous view off the deck and the hot tub. When it got too hot outside or rainy, we snuggled up in the cozy nook and enjoyed the mountain view from the comfort of inside. It felt spacious and clean while also cozy and warm. "Where do I begin, from the moment upon arrival it was truly breath taking. We checked in, was given all accomodations which included a map, all numbers that may be needed, keys and passcodes for access. We then took a drive up 3 miles to a mountain lovers dream spot. We had all the views of the spectacular blue ridge mountains; inside and out. I found it to be clean and well kept. It was exactly what was needed. The lake access is down a hill so a little challenging for the older members of our group, but the lake is lovely and the private dock is SPECTACULAR.
