"The lobby was a delight! Whether you want to listen to or play the piano, play one of their many board games, snack on a fresh baked cookie, or lounge outside by the pool or fire pit, there is pretty much a space for everyone! Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Staff recommended a wonderful place for dinner. Highly recommend!"

"This was our second time staying at this hotel. The first time we had a king suite with a separate living area and door to the bedroom. That room was amazing. This past time we got a regular 2 bed room. Nothing fancy. Wasn’t as clean as I expected. Bedskirts looked kinda dingy and the walls needed some cleaning. I had to call the front desk the first night due to our next door neighbors being extremely loud very late at night. The front desk said they would call them but the noise/yelling continued to the second night and I just gave up on trying to say anything. The body wash was empty in the shower. Instead of refilling it they gave us mini bottles instead (it was fine) but would have been nice if staff checked the dispensers in the shower while cleaning the room (if it was cleaned) since we were there for a softball tournament and my daughter was the first to shower after her games just to realize there wasn’t any soap. We usually bring our own but honestly forgot it this time. Even after these tiny inconveniences I still love this hotel and the little restaurant downstairs. Will stay again but opt for the suite instead of the regular room."

"It was a quiet and peaceful stay. Good to see Hampton maintaining their parking areas. We are used to a much firmer bed but we slept very well with no problems. The staff were great, warm, friendly and helpful."

"This loverly studio is a wonderful place for a retreat in Prescott. Beautifully located in the Prescott Hills, great daily walks were to be had just out the door. Everything was provided, including organic coffee and a Britta water filter. AC worked, nice sitting areas outdoors with views on both sides of the property. A comfortable bed, great views from the windows. Internet was provided, though sometimes it worked and sometimes not. I did call the landlord who said it was on at the time, but it wasn't working for me. I was very grateful for a generous hotspot allowance on my phone to allow me to access my computer during those spotty times. The one major issue I had was with the shower. The flow is extremely light, the shower head is placed way too far overhead to rinse soap, shampoo and conditioner off comfortably. It's at least 8 feet up, there is a very high ceiling. I rinsed and rinsed the conditioner off my long hair, thought I got the excess off, and when dried, my long hair was extremely weighted down with excess conditioner. I'm sure this is an issue that could be fixed. I used the bathroom sink for further hair washes. I do love this place, apart from the weird shower issues."

"Overall, the property is well maintained. My husband and I are an older couple. We are both tall and I have bad knees. The toilets are so low that it makes it very difficult and sometimes painful to get up and down. The tubs have no anti-slip mats or texture and my husband slipped twice and almost fell. They should consider these safety measures."
