Everything was as advertised, the cottage was charming and the beds were exquisite! The food was great! The owners were very gracious, I really enjoyed the views and my two day stay!!!! I’ll be back for sure!

Cozy, relaxing getaway

After a long drive, walking into the Irish House was delightful. It was clean, charming and even smelled great. All the added touches were so lovely. Highly recommend.

Great spot for checking out the wineries

A lovely, peaceful location. We loved petting the horses! Mark’s recommendations for the wineries and restaurant were spot on. The beds were comfy and the air conditioner (in master bedroom) was sufficient to keep things comfortable. A map of the local wineries was provided which was very helpful. The house is located adjacent to the B&B, and we never saw or heard the other guests, so it was very private.

Sweet Bed and Breakfast

Super pleasant and spacious place to stay while visiting the Yakima Valley. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for our stay in the kitchen. Our only surprise is that the air conditioning is limited to a window unit in the master bedroom and we happened to be there during an exceptionally hot period, so just be aware that the second bedroom and main living area does not get as cool as one might like. Plenty of parking and a delicious breakfast complimented our stay. Great location for proximity to many wineries. Thank you to our hosts.

Excellent experience

My husband and I stayed at Cozy Rose Inn for 2 night during crush weekend in Prosser. It was a great experience. Mark is a gracious host and makes you feel right at home. Cozy Rose has beautiful grounds to take a morning walk or grab your cup of coffee and sit outside to enjoy the morning. We will defiantly be staying here again!

Cute cottage

The cottage was very clean and the beds were super comfy. We only stayed one night but enjoyed our stay. The breakfast in the morning was a nice touch.
