"Would not stay again. Walls and ceilings are paper thin. I could hear every word from the person above me’s phone calls at all hours. Also got woken up at 1230am by a small child screaming for ten minutes in the hallway. The bed was very uncomfortable and the towels were thin and tiny. Definitely not worth the money."

"I honestly didn’t feel safe, the non smoking room still smelled like smoke, I found a NEEDLE outside near the door to the entrance. Dirty carpets and chairs, pillows were horrible. When you don’t clean your hotel and you allow smoking everywhere you attract bums. The photos in the Google Photos looked fine but in person it’s horrible. Maybe spend more money and time shaping the hotel up. The staff was very friendly. "

"There is no housekeeping unless you are in the room. The only deliveries to the room is via robot. No in room dining. Rooms were not that clean. Not convenient to downtown. Casino was great and casino restaurants were great. The hotel needs to step it up."

"The lobby was nice. I am a single woman traveling alone and was put in a room directly opposite the elevators. The door had a half inch gap that I put a towel against to block the noise. The lock was a chain across the door. The interior was shabby and the tub didn’t drain as I was showering. I was surprised because this brand is usually better and the price gave me high expectations. Too pricey for what I got, which was essentially a three star hotel."

"I stayed at this property to be close to a work training site. The property and room was clean and staff were friendly. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. I reported two issues with the bathroom and it was never resolved during my stay by staff. I had to find housekeeper to obtain a new bottle of lotion to hang on the bathroom as the existing one was watery. In the hotel pictures on the website, it shows an area to order hot food and beverages. When I arrived, I was informed that the kitchen shut down a year ago. Very misleading. And the pantry area with items for purchase was only about 20% stocked. Please note that there are no restaurants or stores within walking distance so please be prepared to stock up on any snacks and other items for your room."
