Vila Bem Estar est une villa récente (2021) au décor moderne et soigné.
Elle vous accueille au sein d'une nature préservée pour vous créer de merveilleux souvenirs en famille et/ou entre amis.
Située à 700m de la plage de Carvalhal (8 min à pieds), à 4 min à pieds des rizières, Vila Bem Estar est idéale pour se ressourcer et pour se détendre, loin de l'agitation de la ville.
De nombreux restaurants sont à proximité immédiate à pieds.
Quartier très calme.

Vila Bem Estar dispose de 5 chambres et de 4 SDB.

Au RDC :
-1 Master bed room composée d'un lit de 180x200, d'un dressing avec fenêtre et d'une SDB privative (douche, bidet, WC et 1 vasque).
-2 chambres ( lit 160 x 200) et SDB attenante ( double vasques, bidet, WC et baignoire)
A l'étage :
-1 chambre (2 lits 80 x 200cm) avec SDB privative (WC, lavabo et douche)
-1 chambre (4 lits 90 x200 cm) avec sa SDB privative ( WC, lavabo et douche)

La Vila Bem Estar peut également accueillir un bébé ( lit bébé et chaise haute sur place)

La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour préparer et partager de délicieux repas (cafetière à capsules, four, micro-ondes, grille-pain ...)

Un coin salon équipée de la TV, et une salle à manger ouvrent sur une terrasse abritée du soleil offrant un BBQ cheminée et surplombant la piscine.

Grande piscine chauffée.
Terrasse équipée de chaises longues et de chiliennes.

Pour votre plus grand confort, les lits seront faits lors de votre arrivée.
Le linge de bain est fourni.
Des foutas de plage sont également à votre disposition pour votre commodité.
