"The staff was wonderful. Although we didn't opt for our room to be serviced, they always offered towels etc. The standard rooms are huge and the ocean view is magnificent! The included breakfast was beyond our expectations. "

"The cleaning of the room needs to be done in a timely manner. Clean towels and sheets need to be replenished more often. Toilet paper needs to be stocked better. Coffee in the room needs to be stocked better. And vacuuming the floor better. Always hair and crumbs. Also the chocolates that were left we found bugs in them. Gross. "

"The staff was fantastic and the location was good, with a really interesting space. That said, the layout of the room was bizarre, with the shower separate from the rest of the bathroom and no room to change outside the shower. I recognize that space is at a far higher premium in historic buildings, but whoever designed the layout of the room made some very impractical choices. The beds were fine but not particularly comfortable. "
