"The pools aren’t good for families with younger kids as all main pools have water at 5 feet. Very good buffet. Good restaurants not great but good. Beach is rocky but calm. This is good for kids. Dinner reservation system is frustrating. Main bar has premium drink labels, beach and pool bars are basic. Good gym. Rooms are decent size for 4 people but fridge is small. Water pressure problems around 5-6 pm but rest of day had hot water and pressure."

"We had a great stay at this property. The rooms were clean. Shower was a little under the weather. We did have an issue with check in. It took 3 extra hours to get our room. Not ideal after a long travel day, but after that it was a very nice week. "

"The arrival to the resort was great! The staff is very professional and welcoming. However, the water issue the morning after caused many guests to not be able to shower. Although the issue was fixed, the following morning there was no hot water in the shower. Besides those small issues the stay was about average."

"Lagun Blou was exactly what we were looking for. The property itself was beautiful. Amazing gardens and so many lovely places to sit and relax - from sea side to poolside to a shaded cabana. The small pool/hot tub overlooking the ocean is a key feature and great for a night soak after a long day of beach hopping. Couldn’t ask for a more relaxing setting. The location is great as well. Lagún beach is just below the cliffs of the property and many other stunning beaches are a short 5-10min drive away. And the snorkeling just off the dive platform can’t be beat. There are also two delicious restaurants right outside the property gates - one which overlooks the beach and has amazing views. But the best part was the hospitality. Celia was amazing. She had everything organized for us for a later check in; we had to switch units during our stay (due to booking, not because of a room issue) and she made it a seamless transition. It was just an absolute pleasure to chat with her everyday and learn about the property and the cats who live there! We will absolutely stay again. "

"Perfect place on the WestCoast. We enjoyed the area and the big BIG highlight is the access to the beach club(dj_infinite pool_beach_sunset_happy hour from 16h to 17h). We had a great time there. We usee the kitchen also(was ok, but need new pans/plates(not made in plastic please))."

"The house and location were perfect. The view was absolutely stunning. After exploring beaches in the earlier part of each day, we ended our days in the pool and enjoying the sunset over the ocean - pure bliss. Not having air conditioning during the day was not an issue... with the pivot door and back doors open the breeze that came through was heavenly. We also enjoyed the beach/water within the community as well as the restaurants there. Our only complaint would possibly be that the beds were harder than we personally like. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation and place to stay. We were thrilled with it all."

"Got the worst rooms facing a parking lot. Tv was not working in our room. Called reception to send someone to fix it. No one came. Extra towels and pillows were requested several times, in person at reception and by calling 4 to 5 times. No one responded to the request duringbour 3 day stay. None of the restaurants were available to book. Only one the turkish restaurant and we arrived on time. But they told us they cannot take order till enire party is at the table. Terrible service on a holiday. Staff at cocierge counter were rude and the restaurant reservation person was extremely rude. The propety does not feel like a Hilton. The management has no customer service rules. I would not recommend this property to anyone. It was our first visit to Curacao, and was very disappointing. "
