"We had a great stay at Caneiros Luxury House & Suites. From the moment we arrived the staff were so attentive and very friendly. The welcome drink on arrival was a lovely touch and the breakfast surpassed my expectations. The menu is limited but the quality of the food was very good and the service at breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. I have recommended to friends who holiday in the area. Thank you for making our stay such an enjoyable experience. "

"Everything about this property and location was FANTASTIC! Large beautiful home with a large patio with a beautiful view of the ocean ! Amazing beaches just a short walk away and a pool right at the property.A lovely 10minute walk to the village where there are plenty of lovely restaurants to choose from. Rooms not soundproofed as it states on description, not an issue for me but noticeable for light sleepers "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Vila Vida, it’s in a great location, has fabulous views and the pool is ideal (especially with a 3 year old!). The Vila is very well equipped (even with lots of inflatables/games). Jean Paul was super quick to respond to any queries and very helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here. "

"We had a fantastic family holiday here in September 2025. Great location on the edge of Praia da Rocha and a short walk from Praia do Vau. We love the family friendly atmosphere and accommodating nature of Portugal which made our trip with a 9 month old easier than we expected.
The hotel is well styled and gives a sense of luxury the moment you step inside. Our room was perfect with plenty of space for a cot bed and playtime. The room was very quiet apart from a little traffic noise which can’t be controlled. Our bathroom had a bath which was ideal for our baby. All parts of the hotel were thoroughly cleaned by the lovely hotel staff.
The hotel pool is small but perfectly adequate for a relaxing dip to cool down, and with the beaches close by, it was never too crowded.
We had a great time and believe the whole experience was great value! Special thanks to Vivian on front desk for being so lovely with our daughter! Would definitely recommend a stay here and we would certainly go back!"
