  • Grand Rapids has so much to offer and we would love for you to be our guest in this beautiful 1640 sq ft 4 bedroom/2 bathroom home! Located perfectly on the westside where it's quiet enough for a walk to the park, close to the zoo or a short drive to the market and popular restaurants. Comfortably sleeps 8 people with main floor bedroom daybed/ trundle and upstairs host 3 more bedrooms with 2 queens and 2 twins. Love to host you and your loved ones the next time Grand Rapids is calling your name!

    The kitchen is fully stocked. Front porch has seating for the morning coffee or a good book.
    Equipped with Wifi and 1 large TV on main floor.
    Bedrooms are decorated for the feeling of home with comfortable beds and

This was comfortable for 5 women attending a local fly fishing convention. Convenient to drive to airport center venue. Easy Uber to and from airport. Nicely furnished updated house with many thoughtful extras. We felt very welcome. Plenty of places for us to sit and easily visit. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of parking space. Quiet neighborhood. Guys Weekend

We stayed here for our annual guys weekend. It was a good location for checking out all the breweries in Grand Rapids and pretty close to a lot of restaurants. House was as advertised and there were a lot of nice touches included like snacks, coffee, and lots of towels.

Rented this VRBO for a girls weekend away in Grand Rapids. There were five of us; we were very comfortable in this lovely home. The location was close to downtown for a quick drive to dinner, Meijers Gardens and to see the Lantern Show at the John Ball Zoo. We enjoyed our time just sitting in the living room catching up. Check in was an easy, house was exactly as pictured, very clean and lots of little extras that were greatly appreciated. Only criticism was the bed was very very firm, just not my preferred style. Weekend visit with adult kids

We had the best time at this beautiful home. It may be the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in, and we’ve stayed in a lot. Every detail was thought of. Linens, sheets, and towels were the highest quality, furnishings were new and tasteful. There are too many extras to mention all but the water bottles in the fridge coffee, tea to go cups and plenty of cooking supplies made it feel like home. The home is walking distance to downtown Grand Rapids and the neighborhood felt safe with sidewalks everywhere we wanted to go. We hope to return soon!

Wedding Weekend

The bridal party and myself stayed here before my wedding at the John Ball Zoo. The location was perfect, being ~4 mins away! The house was clean and stocked with snacks. We loved the open concept on the main floor which made getting ready the morning of super nice for everyone to still be together while getting our hair and makeup done! Great home base for our daughter’s wedding.

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. The house worked out excellent - from the location, layout, cleanliness, ease of parking, etc. We had 8 people total for one of the evenings and there was plenty of room. it was very well stocked in kitchen and there were plenty of towels and linens in the bedrooms and bath. Quiet neighborhood too. We would stay again with no hesitation and would recommend to others.

Holiday Gathering

This property is a great venue to have a small gathering of family for the holidays. We hosted breakfast for seven adults and two small children. It was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare food. The first floor has plenty of room for everyone to move about and the kids could play. Parking is the best! This house has a large pad for off street parking which is great. I would highly recommend this house.

Wonderful family space

This was our home base for a wedding weekend. Ourselves and four adult children had plenty of room and space to spread out. Updated and decorated very nicely. Kitchen space was fabulous. Very well equipped with lots of surprise extras. Wish they had larger dining table, but the stools at the kitchen island added extra seating. We did not use the back yard, but is fenced & has a nice outdoor eating space and fire pit. Not a fancy neighborhood but very close to local bars & restaurants and a 5 minute drive to downtown GR. Highly recommend.

Family Vacay

We enjoyed our stay here. We didn’t read close enough to the description to notice that the 2 queens were upstairs, and my mother-in-law has bad knees, so my in-laws ended up sleeping on the twin day bed & pull out trundle downstairs. The stairs are pretty steep and I slipped down a couple once or twice. I made my 3 year olds sit down on the stairs to go down. It was pretty warm upstairs but not unbearable (temps outside were in the 80s and the thermostat was downstairs). The beds were comfortable and it was super clean. The shower downstairs was pretty small & the upstairs shower didn’t have a ton of water pressure. Multiple TVs though out the house was a nice touch along with an assortment of snacks and games. The location was pretty close to all the things we wanted to see in Grand Rapids (children’s museum, zoo, & sculpture gardens).
