Perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a fantastic getaway. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, of a washing machine and dryer, AC, and more during your stay. Guests have access to the whole tri-level home. There is also a private backyard that is not fully fenced. There is an outside driveway and parking off street in a quiet residential neighborhood. I originally planned our stay here for 5 guys on a Michigan tour. For many reasons, it ended up being only me and my brother staying in this 4-bedroom home. So, it had everything we needed for our short stay. Nice home, neighborhood and location for us. It is a split-level home, so I would not recommend for folks having problems with stairs. However, for us, it worked out very well.

Quiet neighborhood near everything. Check in was easy and the house was as described. It worked perfectly for us to enjoy time at the home, downtown and wasn’t far to the Fredrick Meijer gardens.

Perfect house for 4 couples attending a concert at Van Andel! Home was clean and has lots of room for everyone. Mike was great with communication and helpful information. Nice neighborhood and only 10-15min drive to downtown GR! I would definitely rent this home again in the future for a concert.

Rented this house for a group of 7..had plenty of room for even more people. Mike was very easy to get ahold of and contacted me prior to visiting to ensure everything was set. He had just painted and had carpets washed, place was very clean and tidy. Easy check in and check out. Stocked with everything we needed for bedding, cooking, etc. Good location, very easy to Uber into downtown

Comfortable wedding stay
