Great Location

The "loft" was very tastefully done, very warm and inviting. It is located within easy walking distance of most everything. Great place and I'll definitely book it again

Lovely loft!

Loft was spacious and bright. It appears as shown in the pictures. We weren't able to take advantage of all of the fun games at the loft or lovely kitchen as it was a quick trip and we had activities outside of the rental to attend. But there is lots to do right at the rental. In addition, it is within walking distance to a lot in downtown Grand Rapids. Really nice weekend stay!

Location is great, area is accessible and walking distance to downtown. Going to other areas of GR is also easy to access.The condo is clean, easy to access and is as described in the listing. Would book again.

What a great location!! We had a great time! Comfy beds, cool flat with exposed brick and old wood floors and huge windows. Could use some bath mats for wet tile floorsTv had a terrible picture just not sure why,Thank you!

We rented specifically to have 2 king beds and 2 functioning bathrooms. The stairs from the parking space are too much for seniors. The street noise, with a music store below, was too much! We were unable to get good sleep. I want to be kind, but was disappointed by how much we paid vs the surrounding area. We could not sit outside as there is an exhaust fan outsideon another building, that is too loud,and on 24-7.

Safe/Family Friendly Downtown Condo

We were very pleased with this downtown condo, it was clean and up to date along with feeling safe the whole time staying there! It was exactly what the pictures showed! We loved having the board games and game options while staying. I’d recommend this place to anyone including families if you are in the downtown area!
