Bylevel house is total of 2100sqft with 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, 2 living rooms.

Main Level has 2 bedrooms, 1 Living room, kitchen and Handicap enabled full bathroom.
Lower level has 2 bedrooms, 1 large game room, 1 full bathroom

Room Allocation:

For 9 Guests the house is comfortable.

9 - 16 guests need to use 1 twin bed and Air Matress

Sleep setting for 1 to 9 people.

For 1 to 6 Guests I have allocated 3 Queen beds
(Location: 2 Queen beds upstairs and 1 Queen bed down stairs)

For 7 to 9 Guests I have allocated an additional bedroom access with 3 twin beds in the lower level.

For Guests 10 to 16, I have allocated pull out Couch next to Queen Matress bed in master bedroom, sofa beds in basement hall, as well as an air bed located in the upstairs level hallway closet. Note: Please consider this bed as last preference.


Restrictions:
Accommodation will be canceled immediately if neighbors are disturbed.
No partying.
No smoking of any kind inside house.
Smoking is permitted outside of house but littering not allowed around property premises.
No loud sounds after 10PM city rule.
Maximum 4 cars allowed.
Trailers need to be hooked to the vehicles
