Gold 2- Stunning Retreat

  • Clean and private 1-bedroom in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. This quiet unit is a great retreat from work or play. It has immediate access to Van Andel, DeVos, Medical Mile, GVSU, John Ball Zoo, and dozens of restaurants and bars. This welcoming space is completely remodeled featuring stylish decor with a cozy, home away from home feel. It has a fully loaded kitchen with a coffee station, on-site laundry, fast Wi-Fi, Hulu, and free street parking.

    This amazing apartment is in a quaint neighborhood in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. My neighbors are quiet and friendly working professionals. The apartment is in a residential area, just blocks from all the exciting treasures that downtown Grand Rapids has to offer... museums, festivals, fireworks, sporting events (and its Beer City designation) have brought in visitors from around the world.
