Cozy home. Newly remodeled and easy access to all that Grand Rapids has to offer

  • Hillcroft Hideaway is the perfect place to wind down and relax after a day of exploring one of the many local activities. Located just 9 minuets from downtown Grand Rapids and 17 minutes from Gerald R Ford Airport. Choose from 3 malls within 10 minutes or relax by the fire with provided firewood. Fully remodeled with 2 bedrooms, one a kind bed and the other a queen bed and also a large basement rec room with futon and a large sectional couch. Smart TV's are in each bedroom, living room, and rec room. The kitchen is fully equipped including a Keurig with k cups and a basket of snacks for those late arrivals with no time to get groceries and in need of a bedtime snack. Basement includes an air hockey table for the kids or send them outside to the fully fenced in back yard to play corn hole. Exterior of the house has Ring security cameras and keypad locks for entry. Parking is located on the street, next to the garage, or in the garage for midsize or smaller vehicles. With walking distance to Hillcroft Park this is a great place to get away with the kids, stay for a business trip, or just a quiet getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless and well-stocked. The air hockey table was a nice bonus, as was the extra living space in the basement. It would have been nice to have a dresser, but that was our only minor quibble. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful updated home

Had a great stay at this property! The whole place was immaculately clean and beautifully maintained. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and the backyard has a lovely outdoor dining area. Communication with the host was excellent amd prompt.

Great Place To Stay

Loved the house. The host was very good at communications. The water/pop/food that was made available to us at no charge was great. Very comfortable place to stay. Was located on a busy road. Did not bother me, but might bother some people. The traffic did die down and things were quiet after evening. No trouble sleeping or anything like that from road noise.

First, property manager was outstanding to work with. Very prompt with any questions. Home was clean and very VERY well maintained. The photos and description perfectly match what we had in the home. Location was perfect - downtown was only 5 minutes away, so out of the bustle of downtown and in a nice neighborhood. Felt totally safe. Home had everything we needed and was very comfortable. I know for a fact that this is where we will be staying on our next visit to Grand Rapids.

Where do I start? This was such a great venue. I normally stay with a friend when I come to Grand Rapids, but this time wanted my own retreat at the end of each day. 3202 Hillcroft was just what the doctor ordered. The cleanliness, the decor, the snacks. I slept like a baby. Thank you for making my trip amazing... I can't wait to bring my wife and stay again!

Mini Family Vacation

Perfect place for our family to get together and explore a new city. The fenced in backyard was a great spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather we had during our stay. The large dining room table was perfect for sharing meals, playing games and having fun!

Jeremy was a great host. He supplied many things from coffee to candy. The place was very clean. The house was very close to Grand Rapids. Also had a garage to keep your vehicle safe. I would surely stay there again. The only thing missing was a write up of near by restaurants and places to go and visit.

The home was comfortable and cozy. We appreciated having a garage. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. and entertaining friends. The one thing we found was that the beds (especially the king) were high and a bit of a challenge to get into. We did request a step stool and the owner accommodated our request within a short time. We also were also happy to have the use of a washer and dryer. We would stay at this property again when we travel to the area.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Die Kleinigkeiten wie Getränke im Kühlschrank, Süßigkeiten, Holz für die Feuerstelle und genügend Handtücher etc. geben uns immer das Gefühl das man als Gast sich einfach nur wohlfühlen soll. Vielen Dank das wir Eure Gäste sein durften.
