"Scotch Pine": Classic North Shore Cabin Near Grand Marais

  • Adorably cozy cabin perched on ridge over-looking Lake Superior. Located only a couple miles from Grand Marais, "Scotch Pine" offers peaceful lake views and breezes in a private setting while remaining within easy reach of town. This newly remodeled (fall 2023) cabin is fresh and pristinely clean while maintaining the cozy charm of an original North Shore Cabin. With a queen bed in the bedroom and a second queen murphy bed stowed away nicely in the living room, the cabin is ideal for 1-4 guests. Families and friends alike will enjoy the large yard and campfire area. Prepare your meals in the well-stocked kitchen and enjoy dinner or a drink on the adjoining deck with a Big-Lake backdrop!

    As mentioned, the cabin is just outside town. It's also a half mile from the Devil Track River Canyon, a mile from the Superior Hiking Trail, and right above the Croftville Road, a quiet and picturesque lake-side road enjoyed by bikers and walkers. Countless other hikes/sights within 10 miles. It's a great basecamp for those who want to get out and explore and a delightful space for those who want to relax in a peaceful North Shore Cottage!
