The condo is perfect for families seeking a rental property, as it features ample space, hardwood flooring throughout, outstanding amenities, and abundant outdoor seating on the private decks and patio. The main ground floor entry includes a nautical-themed mudroom with bench seating, storage for outdoor equipment, an alcove with twin bunk beds, and a full-sized washer and dryer. The open den area contains a small desk for checking emails or working during your stay, along with a private patio to enjoy the refreshing Colorado air.
