Rocky Mountain cabin w/ fireplace & deck
Welcome in and settle into a cozy mountain cabin made for shared moments and quiet winter evenings among the pines. Whether you’re gathering by the fire or unwinding after a day outdoors, this Grand Lake retreat offers comfort and space to reconnect:
- Sleeps 10 | 3 bedrooms | 6 beds | 3 baths - Great room w/ gas fireplace & TV - Primary suite w/ jetted tub & walk-in shower - Fully equipped kitchen & dining for 8 - Family-friendly bunk room - Pet-friendly
Snow-dusted pines frame the cabin as quiet settles in around you, the kind that invites slower mornings and unhurried evenings. Cold air sharpens the senses outside, while indoors the glow of the gas fireplace and the warmth of pine-lined ceilings create an easy place to gather after winter adventures. Here, days unfold at a gentler pace, balanced between time outdoors and the comfort of coming back in.
The cabin sits tucked among tall trees in Grand Lake, offering a peaceful base near Rocky Mountain National Park. Step inside to a great room with vaulted ceilings and leather seating arranged for conversation or movie nights on the 55-inch Roku-enabled TV. On colder evenings, the gas fireplace becomes the natural focal point, while an upstairs reading nook offers a quieter retreat with a view down to the main living space.
Kitchen and dining The open kitchen connects seamlessly to the living area, making shared meals part of the experience. There’s space to cook together, linger at the breakfast bar, or settle in at the dining table that seats eight for long dinners and board games when the snow falls outside.
Sleeping arrangements The cabin sleeps up to 10 guests across three bedrooms, arranged to suit both families and groups. On the main level, the primary suite features a king bed, a 40-inch TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. A second main-level bathroom with a tub and shower combo is easily accessible from the living areas. Upstairs, one bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin bed, while the family-friendly bunk room offers multiple bunk options along with its own TV. A third bathroom with a tub and shower combo serves the upper level.
Outdoor space and access The private patio or balcony extends the living space outdoors, even in cooler months when crisp air and quiet surroundings make stepping outside refreshing. Free parking is available on the premises, and self check-in with a smart lock allows for an easy arrival.
Comforts and essentials Throughout your stay, you’ll have Wi-Fi, heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor gas fireplace. Laundry is simple with a free in-unit washer and dryer, and bathroom essentials and bed linens are provided. The cabin has a private entrance and thoughtful safety features, including smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
Perfect for families and groups With its mix of shared spaces and private bedrooms, this pet-friendly cabin works well for families, multi-generational trips, or friends gathering for a winter escape. Kids gravitate toward the bunk room, adults appreciate the comfort of the main-level suite, and everyone can come together by the fire at the end of the day.

Cabin was very nice and cozy. Very easy to get to Grand Lake, snowmobile trails, and Hot Sulphur Hot Springs was pretty close to. Very comfortable trip.
The log cabin is cozy and very accommodating. The 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were just right for our group. The community and surrounding areas are breathtaking. Loved everything about the weekend retreat.
The house was beautiful, quiet and clean. We enjoyed the layout of the downstairs - plenty of room to cook, eat, play ganes and watch tv. The fenced back yard was great for the dogs. We would stay there again.
This property is wonderful. Very clean, kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, the fire pit is a great bonus, and the living room is super cozy with it's leather couch and gas fireplace after a full day of hiking. The property is just 5 minutes from one of the Rocky Mountain Natl Park entrances. Plenty of trails to enjoy on the west side of the park. We drove to Estes Park(east side) one day, but it's much more crowded. I'm glad we stayed here to avoid the crowds.
With 10 of us ages ranging from 11 months to in their 60s. This cabin was perfect for everyone. Everything was perfectly clean. There is enough room for everyone to have their own space to all of our activities. The only downside is that I wish that would have access to Columbine lake. Huge bummer.
Our family had the pleasure of staying in the cabin for several days in December 2024. The cabin was absolutely beautiful! It was more than adequate for the 8 of us. The cabin was well stocked with linens, toiletries and kitchen supplies and it was extremely clean! It even has a washer and dryer. Everything was in working order. The neighborhood is gorgeous and quiet. Unfortunately, we did not get the pleasure of spotting a moose as we had hoped for, but we did wake up to all kinds of animal tracks in the snow! We also enjoyed the town of Grand Lake, ice fishing & hot springs. We would highly recommend the cabin to others.
The house was lovely and clean. The location was across from a private lake in a private community.
The t v remotes did not work. One was placed in the kitchen drawer which we never found. There weren't any instructions on using the t v. The door had a note that said, "Do not lock." It's the lower lock that is not to be locked. The bolt should be locked. That needs to be explained. I would recommend this house very highly.
The property was comfortable and showed up as listed. We enjoyed our stay. The property management company was very responsive. We would revisit this property.
Great place in a fantastic location. Just a few minutes to town but not busy at all. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed as well. We had moose right outside every morning which was fantastic.

Beautiful clean property. We saw deer, elk and moose outside. Very special place.
We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Close to town, quiet location, more than enough room and so beautiful. We enjoyed the games that were provided and I especially enjoyed the large soaking tub. Another great stay in Grand Lake….can’t wait to go back.
