The cabin was perfect. It accommodated a family of 10 nicely. The interior of the cabin is well decorated with a welcoming feel to it. I would most definitely want a return visit.
Very nice accommodations witha wonderful view of the lake
The property is well-kept and had everything we needed for 7 adults over a 4 day weekend. Location is very convenient to town and to the lake. The hosts were easy to contact and very responsive to a few inquiries that we had. We had a great weekend and would highly recommend this property.

The Perfect Getaway!
We loved our stay here. It was very clean and felt very homey. The view was beautiful too! So calm and peaceful. We would definitely return.
We stayed there over the course of Christmas. Host was great and even had it nicely decorated for the holiday. House is well stocked, comfortable and easy to accommodate lots of mixed ages. The only feedback is to have some more blankets on the beds!
I grew up in the area so have lots of family still there. My grandma passed away and returned for the memorial. It was a perfect location & beautiful view. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.
Great cabin, close to everything and a nice deck to relax and enjoy happy hours and meals. A moose walked past our driveway the first evening. Master king was super comfortable, and kitchen had everything needed for the chef on duty. We loved walking the neighborhood dirt roads with our dog. We rented a pontoon boat on Lake Granby and highly recommend. We would rent this place again.

Amazing Stay!
Clean cozy cabin with amazing lake views!! Cabin was super close to the town and in a great location. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, from the fully stocked kitchen to the plush bedding. Exceptional hosts with prompt communication who made sure our stay was nothing short of perfect. If you are seeking a serene getaway surrounded by natures splendor, this cabin is an absolute gem! We will definitely be coming back!
The home was as advertised, comfortable and clean, everything in working order, modern bathroom and kitchen fixtures and appliances, great deck over looking Shadow Mtn Reservoir, comfortable mattresses, plenty of room for our party of 6 adults and two children. We will be staying here again in the future.

Cabin getaway of our dreams
Our group had an amazing weekend at this beautiful cabin! The lake view was truly incredible, providing a picturesque backdrop for our stay. The location was ideal for our ice fishing excursions and having the large driveway to turn our trailers around was a definite bonus. The cabin itself was spotless and had everything we needed for the most comfortable stay - including a fully stocked coffee bar. We will definitely be returning for another relaxing visit soon!
We really enjoyed the week here! Grand Lake is convenient to the Rocky Mountain National Park as well as Winter Park and Granby. The neighborhood is quiet - we enjoyed watching the chipmunks play around the house. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, and the beds were comfy! We loved the added bonus of looking out over the lake while we ate breakfast. Highly recommend!!

Perfect spot
Went up with a big group to play on the ice and not a single person had one negative thing to say, including my self. Not always the case with so many people 😬. Lots of space, lots of parking, CLEAN, perfect location!!!!! Perfect trip
Met up with family here and everyone from aged 10 to 80 loved the "Bear's Den". We all had plenty of room to spread out both inside and outside. The kids loved having a separate space downstairs to hang out, and everyone enjoyed the view of the lake from the deck and living room. The street is also extremely quiet at night so even though we were only 2 miles from the town of Grand Lake, it was completely quiet at night.
The location was also perfect for us. Only took a couple of minutes to get to town, and maybe five to get to the National Park. Even less to recreation areas on Shadow Mountain reservoir. There was so much to do, we wished we could've stayed longer!

Beautiful Home, Great Amenities, Awesome Trip!
Wow, what an amazing place to call home for the weekend! We came up with a large group (max capacity) for an ice fishing trip and this was the perfect house for us. Everything from parking (with multiple trailers), to cooking/eating together, to game night/movie night, to sleeping felt comfortable and relaxed and the owners have done a great job making the whole space feel homey. In addition to the fitting "mountain getaway" vibe, the house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were stocked well and we had everything we needed to feel rested and ready to go each morning! Check-In/Check-Out was a breeze and our host, Kent, was very responsive and helpful before, during, and after our stay. This house is priced very well for what it is and we will definitely be staying here again! Thanks Kent!
Perfect location for groom and groomsmen. Plenty of parking for the wedding weekend that took place at AA Barn. The house was amazing and had everything we needed.
Amazing views! Everything was clean and in perfect order. Kitchen was well appointed for cooking for our big group. The hosts were very responsive and I'd highly recommend staying here!

Perfect House
This lovely home had everything one could need for a week's stay - very nice towels, linens, and well stocked kitchen supplies. The house is cozy, the deck is great. So close to the town of Grand Lake as well as the west entrance to RMNP. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay!
Nice home as advertised. The only drawback for people in their 70’s was the steps to haul the luggage and stuff up. Add the high altitude for me and it was hard on us. Again it is a very nice place.
This was the perfect place for us to spend Father’s Day. It had a great deck overlooking the lake with a fire pit and BBQ. There are lots of items to cook large meals for the family. The Keurig machine was a plus for morning coffee. If you get warm the TV room in the basement is a great place to hang out. It is close to town and in a very peaceful community. I highly recommend this property
This place was clean and airy. The photos provided are accurate. We booked based on its excellent location and positive reviews. During our two night stay in late May, there was some serious road construction in the neighbourhood (not within the proprietor's control) which closed some roads, and meant we couldn't take advantage of its close proximity to Main Street (detour, didn't walk to town centre, etc). Hopefully this construction won't last all summer.
