Such a sweet cozy cabin and not far from town. It was very clean. Nice updated kitchen and primary bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again in the summer.
My mother, sister, and I really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is located in such an amazing peaceful environment. It was just what we were looking for! We plan on returning soon. Thank you!
This cabin is absolutely beautiful and the location is equally beautiful! Cabin was extremely well-kept and clean. Very spacious and had more than enough space for our family of 4. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was modern with everything we needed. Outside space and view from the cabin is amazing! We enjoyed grilling out, making s’mores on the fire table and just relaxing by the pond. Our host Renee was great and very responsive to any questions that we had. She even brought us sticks for making s’mores!! We had an awesome time and would definitely stay again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
What a wonderful stay in an amazing cabin! The cabin was very well appointed and in a beautiful location. Our host Renee was very helpful and took care of any questions we had promptly!
Cabin was perfect for our group of 5 adults… close to Rocky Mountain Park entrance and city of Grand Lake for restaurants and boating adventure. Saw a moose on our last night !
We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone that wants a great house that's got space around it. The owner is very nice and helpful. The property was very clean and we had no issues during our stay. Hopefully we'll be back!
Came to Grand Lake for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary.
Cabin was very clean, private and great location to town and the park.
Would definitely stay again.
Everything was great… private location on the edge of town and only a block or so down the road from the snowmobile trail… easy access to town and the main corridor to the trail system. Enjoyed the time and will hopefully be back.
We immensely enjoyed our stay on Lily Pond. The cabin had all the comforts of home and had more than enough space for our party of 5. Perfectly situated amongst the pines and a short drive into town as well as RMNP. Highly recommend to everyone!
Our family of six had a wonderful holiday stay. We couldn't have asked for a better location: next to a snow-covered pond outside Rocky Mountain National Park. The home was spacious, and the kitchen was well-appointed. Communication with Renee was a breeze, and she gave us a quick tour when we arrived.
Property just as described in the listing. Less than .5 miles to RMNP entrance. We gave this property a gold medal for convenience, comfort, cleanliness and amenities.
The house was very clean and located on a lily pond. We woke up in the morning to Moose near and in the pond. The proximity to RMNP was helpful and the Grand Lake downtown was close and didn’t disappoint. Overall a very positive stay. We will be back.
My husband and I enjoy planning a trip every few years for the week after Christmas. We like to spend a week watching it snow while sitting in front of a fireplace or taking snowy walks with our two golden retrievers. This was the perfect location for this.
cozy, comfortable 50’s cabin with lots of windows in every room with great views. Kitchen has everything you could need and opens to the back decks. We would love to return. Great host.
We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The house was nice, clean and well stocked in terms of kitchen supplies, etc... The view of the pond was great for relaxing and reading a book while spotting ducks, muskrats and water birds. An easy drive to the town of Grand Lake but gives you a little extra quiet.
We had an amazing time. The cabin was exactly as described. It was clean and neat. The owner met us at the door to give us the key and give us the tour of the house. The view from the porch was absolutely beautiful. The location couldn’t have been any better. Right in of everything you would want to do. I would stay there again for sure.
A 3-minute drive to RMNP entrance, this place was a gem. Lovely, secluded, everything you could need and want. Lovely patio for morning coffee watching the pond. Comfortable beds and two bathrooms, everybody had a lovely space. The park boundary is right next to the cabin, making it even more amazing. The hosts were gracious and welcoming and truly thought of everything. It’s rustic and modern all at once—perfect. If you are planning a trip to the Grand Lake side of the park look no further!
What a great location!! It borders the National park and sits overlooking a beautiful pond. It is very close to Grand Lake for dining and shopping.
The property was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need. The host was helpful and knowledgeable. My sister and her grandson and I had the best stay!! We didn’t want to leave.
This is the best property I have stayed with from VRBO.
I would love to stay here again if I visit the RMNP in the future.
I give this property a five star plus rating!
Perfect Christmas Getaway! Our family had the most incredible time at this Gran Lake cabin over the holidays. The location was ideal, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding natural beauty. The cabin itself was immaculate and well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that made meal preparation a breeze. We appreciated the attention to detail and the cleanliness of the entire property. The cozy atmosphere made our Christmas celebration truly magical. We couldn't have asked for a better place to create lasting memories with our loved ones. We highly recommend this Vrbo stay and can't wait to return!
Very important: the host was always in contact with me taking care of everything
This property is amazing! The view is breathtaking, and even when we weren't out and about on an adventure in the area, we came back to the rental and still felt like we were out on a wilderness adventure from the comfort of home base. Watching wildlife, eating meals out on the patio, the close proximity to town, and relaxing in the general atmosphere were our favorite parts about our stay. It was great for our pup, although he was worried about the bear that showed up every night. It was certainly a wild time! From moose, to deer, to ducks, chipmunks, squirrels, bugling elk, and roaming bears we definitely knew that we were right in the middle of nature! Almost like camping out in the park. Renee was warm, friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and great about communicating. She and her husband, Mike, live right up the driveway with their adorable pup if you are in need of any assistance. The cabin is the best mix of rustic charm and modern convenience. My only trouble was that the wood burning fireplace had been used by the previous occupants and kicked up my asthma immediately. I aired out the cabin when we got there though, and it did help for the remainder of our time to open windows in the daytime whenever we were at the cabin. Ultimately, we truly enjoyed our stay. So much so, that we didn't feel the need to be out and about as much because the beauty of RMNP was at our back door! Thank you, Mike and Renee, for this amazing opportunity!
This is a wonderful place to stay. The location is very convenient to town and lakes. The house is in a beautiful setting, quiet and private in the woods with beautiful views. We enjoyed watching the ducks and beaver in the little lake right out the back door. Frequently saw deer. We were able to hike around in RMNP which is steps from the patio.
The house is very comfortable. A “cabin feel” with many nice upgrades. Modern kitchen with everything needed to cook. It has been well maintained, stocked and very clean.
The host, Renee and her husband were great. They went well above and beyond to make a wheelchair ramp into front door which made it much more convenient for us.
The floors, master bedroom and updated master bath are wheelchair accessible.
We have rented many places around Grand Lake and this is by far the best!
Will definitely stay here again!
