  • Family & pet friendly beach home in Grand Isle.
    This unit is a detached condo in the middle row.
    Public beach access crossing the road; just one block over. We are not accountable/responsible if any beach access is closed by Town of Grand Isle due to construction or other reasons.

    Pet Rules :
    Maximum 2 dogs allowed & bring pet sofa & bed. Pets are not allowed in any furniture provided by host. Please furnish the details of do breeds / weight. Please don't use the bathtubs to give shower to the dogs. That leads to clogged bathtubs & drainage issues due to excessive pet hairs. Please use the downstairs faucet to wash pets.

Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the property. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE DETECTORS.

Please don't touch any of the supply closet. Manipulation with any locked supply closet doors will incur a $200 fine.
