They are not supplying the drinking water. Only one restaurant with very limited options & that too not operational during half of the week. No nearby food outlets.

It’s an okay hotel, so do not expect top notch service from front desk or anyone at all. It’s cheaper than other hotels around Niagara Falls , it’s clean and the rooms are big. We stayed 5 people in the room. It’s around 15 min drive to Niagara Falls and every time u cross the bridge u have to pay 1.75 ( that’s the reason it’s cheaper then hotels at Niagara )

There was a power switch for the room. When we had to turn off the switch for turning off the lights at night, we could not charge our electronics either. And the room was warm even though we did not turn on the heater.

The hotel itself was great for my family of 6 including ages 7-14. The pool was good enough for indoor and the exercise room allowed my wife and son to burn off some energy. The ONLY issue I had was the outlets in our room didn't work. It was really weird. It was like the plugs were loose when you plugged them in and none seemed to work. So we all woke up with dead or near dead devices that we thought would be fully charged.

My husband requested bedding and 2 extra pillows for our pull out couch, since it was not in the room. The person at the desk the night of our stay questioned my husband if we were in a room with 2 queen beds and continued to state how many pillows we already have. He then stated that they dont have extras. Just wow. How rude. I had 6 people staying and the pillows are flat as can be.
