"How to start, I have stayed here in the past and it was great which is why I chose to return. Things have changed dramatically, let’s just start with I have to request to have my room cleaned, clean towels, linens and toilet paper. After 3 days I learned that and supposedly got the room cleaned except for the over flowing trash being emptied.
No one was at the front desk during the breakfast hours and if they were they looked like clients in very non-employee like attire. Sitting on the couch in the corner and away from the Front desk does not tell me you work there, have a name tag or are attending to the desk.
Had to look for someone to refill the breakfast food, plates, utensils and cups.
Honestly I was very disappointed in the Customer Service for this being a Service Industry business and the price of the room. I expect at the very least to be able to identify and speak to the Desk clerk, not have to search them out and continue to ask for amenities that should be tended to while customers are eating breakfast and checking out."
